Under the Strata Titles Act, it is mandatory for the Management Corporation of buildings such as apartments and condominiums to purchase the fire insurance for the whole building. The individual unit owner is required to pay the Management Corporation his respective premium portion.

The Condo Insurance Plan is an all-in-one insurance plan covering the property against fire and other related risks. This insurance will ensure that the building is protected and complies with the Building and Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act 2007.
